What to Expect

Windom Ranch is a gated community with paved streets. Homesites are large and widely spaced. Water is provided primarily through individual domestic wells, with some areas having central water service, including Windom West. Sewer service is provided by individual septic systems. Gas service is via propane tanks, and electric service is provided by La Plata Electric Association. Protective covenants, architectural guidelines, and designated building envelopes apply. HOA dues are $1,921 quarterly as of May 2026.
