Two Dogs is a high-end residential development located north of Durango near Purgatory Resort, at an elevation of 8,839 feet. The neighborhood consists of large-acreage homesites ranging from about 3 to just over 11 acres, with homes built primarily between 2014 and 2020. The setting includes forested lots with blue spruce trees as well as areas of open meadow.

What to Expect
