Twilight Meadow consists of single-family residential homes. Home sizes range from 1,687 square feet to 5,520 square feet. Lot sizes range from 0.5 acres to 2.7 acres. The subdivision requires a minimum of 2,000 square feet of living space, with Lot 9 having an exception allowing a minimum of 1,800 square feet. Garages, decks, patios, porches, and exterior-access storage areas do not count toward the minimum living space requirement. As of May 2026, recorded home sales range from $479,000 to $1,975,000. Homes in the neighborhood are located at elevations above 8,500 feet.
