Edgemont Meadows is a residential subdivision located a few miles from downtown Durango at an elevation of approximately 7,336 feet. It is the newest of the Edgemont neighborhoods and sits near a long valley leading toward Lemon Reservoir and Lake Vallecito. The neighborhood includes homes and lots set among trees, meadow areas, and adjoining greenbelt, with access to shared open space and trail systems.
