The neighborhood features gently sloping meadows, rocky outcroppings, forested areas, and varied terrain. Development began in 2005, and the community includes private home sites with access to shared open space and trails. Elevation is approximately 7,417 feet.

What to Expect

Edgemont Highlands has fully paved roads with underground utilities. The community includes architectural guidelines and covenants. Water, sewer, road maintenance, and snow plowing are provided by the Edgemont Ranch Metropolitan District. There are no HOA dues listed.
