Durango Hills is a residential subdivision east of Durango, Colorado, developed beginning in the early to mid-1970s. The neighborhood sits on hillside terrain in the San Juan Mountains at an elevation of approximately 7,999 feet. Parcels range from 1.6 to 12.8 acres, with a mix of older homes and newer construction set among pine, spruce, and aspen trees.

Roads throughout Durango Hills are gravel. A road maintenance district, funded through property taxes, provides maintenance for most developed roads, though some roads are not maintained.
