Erin Henrichs

Erin has extensive experience as a transaction coordinator. She is well qualified to handle the details of each transaction, while walking clients through every step of the home buying and selling process. She ensures that deadlines are met, details are managed, and clients are well informed as they move from executed contract to closing.

A native of Virginia, Erin moved to Colorado in 2008, eventually landing in the small town of Mancos, CO. When she's not in the office, you can find Erin mountain biking and skiing her way through the Four Corners region with her husband, Andy, and their dog, Luna.

A little about me...

Hello, I'm Jon Burden, a dedicated Realtor with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes in the picturesque landscapes of Durango, Colorado, and the enchanting charm of New Mexico. 

With years of experience in the real estate industry, I have become a trusted source for all things related to property ownership in these regions.​

My journey toward a fulfilling career in real estate began after serving in the Navy as the primary Search and Rescue Swimmer for a ship of over 300 people. Prior to that, I underwent rigorous training in SEAL training, where I learned the value of hard work and grit in a way that has shaped my approach to every aspect of life. 

I am blessed with an amazing wife and two wonderful boys who continually inspire me to be the best version of myself. 

Outside of real estate, I embrace my adventurous spirit by indulging in distance running, fly fishing, mountain biking, swimming, free diving, spearfishing, weight lifting, and even shark diving. Exploring the great outdoors through backpacking trips is also one of my favorite pastimes. 

My commitment to serving others extends beyond my career. My wife and I actively serve at a local church, where we find joy in being part of the Kids' Ministry, nurturing and guiding the younger generation.
