The Ranch is a residential subdivision located north of Durango at an elevation of 6,634 feet. What to Expect

Access to The Ranch is via Cottonwood Creek Road off of Highway 550. The subdivision is governed by a homeowners association. HOA responsibilities include combinations of irrigation, landscaping, snow removal, road maintenance, fishing rights, and common area taxes, depending on the property. Short-term rentals are not permitted.
