Originally established in 1880 with a planned street layout, the area spans from College to 15th Street and from 8th Avenue to Main Avenue. The neighborhood includes a mix of residential properties with home sizes ranging from approximately 323 to 6,905 square feet and lot sizes from approximately 0.12 acres to 7,500 square feet. The area features historic homes, including Victorian and craftsman-style properties, along with remodeled residences.
