The neighborhood includes hillside parcels on the east side of Rainbow Road ranging from about 5 to 9 acres and meadow parcels on the west side that are approximately 3 acres. Homes in the subdivision range from about 1,560 to 3,882 square feet and include both site-built homes and modular homes.

What to Expect

Rainbow Springs includes gravel roads throughout the subdivision. County Road 214 is maintained by the county, while Rainbow Road is a private road maintained by the Rainbow Springs Homeowners Association. Domestic water may require drilling a private well where a central water system is not available. Each property uses an individual septic system and propane is used for gas service.
