The subdivision sits in a high mountain desert setting with vegetation consisting primarily of piñon, juniper, sage, and a few Ponderosa pines. Terrain is generally rolling with hills and nothing real steep. Lot sizes range from approximately 35 to 39.8 acres. Many lots offer mountain views.

What to Expect

Access to the subdivision is via paved Wildcat Canyon Road. Roads within the subdivision are gravel and privately maintained, including County Road 136, which is not maintained by the County. Most, but not all, properties are served by a central water system. Wells are also present in the area, and sewer is handled by septic systems on all lots. Propane is used for gas service. HOA dues are approximately $800 annually and include road maintenance. Access to properties is off Miramonte Drive.
